Microfilm Scanning

Alpha Tecnica uses superior equipment and technology to scan microfilms of all types, including 16mm, 35mm, ANSI C positive or negative, silver / vesicular / diazo, simplex / duplex, COM, portrait and landscape.

Our quality control allows adjustment in image quality to compensate for changes in film density along the roll.

Before beginning production, a microfilm inspection is performed to identify scratches, tears, coils without headers, check for vinegar or redox syndrome, remove surface obstructions and if problems are found, we will follow the corrective actions previously agreed or a notification is made.
